Dear Middle School Parents,
You should have received the email with the instructions to access the first-trimester report in PowerSchool. Please take the time to thoroughly look through the trimester report and read the student reflection from your child and feedback from the teachers. It should provide you with more information about what your child is doing well and what s/he needs to work on for the next trimester. Should you have any questions about any of the classes, please feel free to contact the subject teacher. New Students who arrived late in the trimester may receive incomplete reports. Should parents want more information about their child’s progress, please contact their child’s teachers.

The Madras Cafe is the primary social space for adults on campus. The I-Hub is a space for students in grades 6-12. The ES Cafeteria is often open and available for parent socializing in the mornings and afternoons. We ask that parents please not congregate in the I-Hub. Your support and understanding are appreciated.

MS Winter Party
While we host the ASIAC Badminton and Table Tennis Tournament, we will also hold the Winter Party where our students and all the athletes from AES and ASB will also be invited. If you are hosting students from one of the schools, please plan for their pick up from the tournament or the party accordingly.
Maker Week @ AISC 11-15 December
Maker week will be an opportunity for MS and ES students to take design challenges head-on, and make solutions using a wide range of digital and non-digital materials. It is a small group project challenge, involving as many groups as can attend, every day at lunch between 11-15 December.
Please encourage your kids to find out more from Ms. Priya, Ms. Geetha, the Tech office or their Art and Design teachers. We look forward to seeing their creations, and the learning behind them.
Have a great weekend.
Sincerely,
Alan Phan & Andrew Ranson
